marty + jommy + natalie

This was a perfect backyard wedding with a Thai twist. Marty & Jommy with their 5 year old beautiful daughter Natalie invited 60 of their closest friends and family to their wedding on July 12th.

Chef Claire and her team (Tamara in the picture with Claire) served up some amazing Thai food - everyone was raving even the bride Jommy who is Thai herself.

Flowers were done by Oasis Flowers in Kits and decor by me (Erin). Everything turned out just how I envisioned it from the start. So fresh, colorful and fun.

Check out these awesome jugs I got from Homewerx on Davie - LOVE THEM!!!

brad + rebecca

Brad & Rebecca were so amazing to work with. They were so easy-going and had such a great energy, which showed on their wedding day. The happy event took place at the Vancouver Rowing Club in Stanley Park. The below 3 pictures were taken by Helene Cyr - one of my very favorite photographers, because of her amazing eye and style and for her warm personality.

Here are some pics of the flowers and decor. I did all of the flowers, with the help of Jen (my business partner in Victoria).

Blue Skies & Daisies did Brad & Rebeccas invites, as well as these place cards for the table.

pre-wedding camping

Good times camping with the fam this past week-end. Even being 40 degree we still had so much fun just being away from it all. Jen, Brent & Deli slept in their van and David Chloe and I slept in our tent. Oh ya...Gussie slept in the Jeep and the girls slept in the front seats of the van (can't leave the pooches out).

Here are some pics...

joanne+chris

Here are some shots for our July 1st wedding - Joanne & Chris - at the St. Andrews Wellesley Church on Burrard St and then onto The Sutton Place Hotel. These are my "not even close to professional" shots of the set up and decor...can't wait to see what Blue Olive Photography comes back with.

We also had the pleasure of working with Steph & Kathy from Marliss Productions - soooo much fun and would love to work with them again - as well as Hayley Miller (for make up) and Seree for hair. They did an amazing job on all of the bridal party and family.

I had my business partner, Jen, here from Victoria helping out as well as the lovely Erica McKeddie (in the below picture with me "fluffing") of White Dahlia Weddings.

My favorite part of the decor for this wedding was the escort table we did. I found this cool wooden/stick screen that I cut to the shape of the table where we slide in the escort cards. Oasis Flowers did the amazing flowers (as usual) and curly willow/orchid arrangements.

This amazing cake was make by the groom's aunt from England. It was just like the photo that Joanne had of her dream cake - the flowers on it were all hand made and so incredible looking. Nice job Auntie!
